Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for washed or used Peebuddies. We are happy to offer refunds for unopened products within 30 days from the time of sale. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact support@peebuddies.com with the subject line "Product refund". We will then reach out to you with more instructions. Products returned without requesting a refund through email will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover shipping costs for refunds at this time. Once the refund is approved, you will receive the funds on the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Damage and Defects

All of our Peebuddies are hand-sewn, so we expect there to be small variations between each product; however, these should not affect the efficacy or use of the product. If the product arrives damaged or with significant defects, we will be happy to exchange it for a new set of Peebuddies at no extra cost to you. Please reach out to support@peebuddies.com with the subject line "Product exchange" and include pictures of the defect/damage and we will help take care of the exchange.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges for international orders. We hope to provide this service at a later date.
